Guest guest
Hi All, I took a quick look on amazon and it looks like some of the amazon (new & used) sellers carry it: http://www.amazon.com/POWER-90-FAT-BURNING- SYSTEM/dp/B000TCHZ0M/ref=pd_sim_d_3/105-7317764-9546032 There isn't a pic, just a short description. Maybe Terri can have a look and see if she thinks the descrption sounds right? There are five sets, each with two rounds, totaling 10 workouts in all. Add in the Power Yoga warmup and stretch cool down, and you're at about a 35 minute program. > > I wasn't frustrated after the first try in not being able to complete the program without stopping, but for me it felt like I had no consistency in when I'd stop and start. So on the second try yesterday, I gave myself a 30 second break between each of the five sets. It worked! I was thoroughly worked out and challenged and sweaty at the end of the program, but I felt really, really jazzed because even though I couldn't get through the whole thing without taking short breaks, I DID complete all the moves. > > This is what I love about Tony's workouts. There's nothing fancy about them. It's all about moving and using all your muscles in each routine, and even though they *seem* simple, they're not easy to do. I felt wasted, in a good way, by the end of the workout, and I still had a good time. I even found myself yelling out along with Tony for fun. I wonder if at some point I'll tire of that, but until then, who cares, right? > > My thighs are as tight and as muscled and toned as they could ever be, and I have to admit that this Express workout really made the difference. P90 was terrific for me, and toned me up, but Express seems to be taking it a step further. Maybe it's because these are different routines? Who knows. But I like the results. I also like that Tony shows you all different ways of doing this workout - low impact, high impact, plyos - so you can workout the way that's best for you, and even change it up throughout the routines. > > This one's a keeper. As it is, I've ordered and received about 20 other workout DVDs (no exaggeration) in the past couple of weeks. I'm going to do Express through to the end of the month, and then move on to '30 Day Shred' for the month of August. > > It feels great to find workouts that I want to stick to! > > Hope everyone's having a great day. > > -Terri- >
Guest guest
I'd say that's probably it, because I think Tony did it when he was around 46-47 years old, and the dates jive. Pity there are no photos, but I wonder if contacting the seller would help. My guess, though, is that this is the same thing. -Terri- Hi All, I took a quick look on amazon and it looks like some of the amazon (new & used) sellers carry it: http://www.amazon.com/POWER-90-FAT-BURNING- SYSTEM/dp/B000TCHZ0M/ref=pd_sim_d_3/105-7317764-9546032 There isn't a pic, just a short description.
