Guest guest Posted July 17, 2008 Report Share Posted July 17, 2008 I know I said this workout was fun... I reminded myself of that as I approached it with dread in my heart today. It didn't entirely work. I really enjoy the challenge of this workout though. It is very intense but short so that makes it easy to keep going. My heart rate was up in the high zone through much of the workout and I loved it! I'm getting more comfortable with it and will do it at least one more time before I decide to take on Level 3. I didn't get a chance to workout yesterday (I could have, but I slept in) and the Crunch Latin dance workout was on the agenda. I previewed most of that one a few days ago and it looks like the moves are pretty simple but they are FAST. She changes and adds on quickly and just plain old moves fast. I think I could handle it but would need a few times through to get the hang of most of it and get a decent workout from it. This week I'm trying to lose a bit (I gained almost 2 pounds last week but I think it is mostly water weight, we'll see) so I'm wanting to get the most bang for my buck and that one won't do it the first time through probably. Tomorrow is Cathe's Wedding Workout (step) and I'm pretty sure I'll do it but it is so beastly hot right now that I'll have to have the AC going as I do. I saw there are many posts to read and respond to, I'll try to get to some today. I have the night off from work and it feels so weird not to be getting ready to go in.
