Guest guest
This sounds yummy. I'll have to look for some fat free parmesan cheese today. > > I LOVE THIS! So easy and sounds delicious! Thank you Tonya!! > > (who has frozen chicken and parm cheese and just figured out what is for dinner tomorrow) > Re: Sunday workout > > > > how often do you guy eat out, Kathy? We've been eating out on Sat and Sun for years. Through the week I cook, but I never cook anything out of a box. Its usually chicken (barbecued, baked, marinated, fried), roast, round steak or some type of casserole or soup. I cook like my mother always did for us growing up. > > DH is a real meat and potato kind of guy and there are things that I cook for him that I choose not to eat myself such as fried chicken, sausage gravy, you get the idea. > > He has recently decided to try to change his eating habits so I've been cooking different and we've actually been eating the same things at dinner time instead of me having to make 2 different suppers. I have to admit, it would be nice to have to have piece of fried chicken that I prepared lol or even a big sausage sandwich. that would be just as good as eating out lol > > ~**~~**~ > > > > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > See AOL's top rated recipes and easy ways to stay in shape for winter. >

Guest guest
HOLY COW!!!! 644 calories for 1 hour 5 minutes!!!!! I need this workout just so I can burn tons of calories (and fall over dead afterwards no doubt). WOW!! Glad to hear you got it over with and that you got such a great calorie burn for the work! Sunday workout Hi, This morning I did Body Max 2 (scrambled egg premix) I went with Bernadette's version but shortened the warm up (3 minutes at the start and then fast forward to the stretching) didn't do the weight segments and didn't do the repeat bonus cardio. This still put the workout (for me) at an hour and 5 minutes. I have to say it will be a very long time before I do this workout again. Not just a premix, but any of the cardio. I say this every time I do it, but its so ridiculous the amount of times she repeats. The last combo is where I almost stopped. I was getting so sick of going over the same thing again and again. The music and the combos are great, but she ruined it all by the repeating. There was one good thing about doing this workout though, I burned a whopping 644 calories, BUT... I was only in my zone 15 minutes. I felt like I was working really hard so I'm guessing I was above where I needed to be for the rest of the time. The workout was hard and with all the repetition I found myself focusing on how I was feeling and then that made the workout just (for lack of better words) suck!!! I'm super happy I got my cardio in today though and I'm super happy its over with. ) Have a great day!!!! ~~ Delicious ideas to please the pickiest eaters. Watch the video on AOL Living. Guest guest
Hi , great job! You burned all those calories by moving so fast! Jen fitgrl222@... wrote: Hi, This morning I got up early and did Step Boxing. Not sure if it was just me or what, but I don't recall her cueing being so horrible before, but I got tripped up a few times. Once you learn the combos and get your groove going so to speak, the workout is a lot of fun, but you better have your legs ready to move. That's the very first thing anyone who does this workout will notice is that she moves QUICKLY!! When I first previewed it looked like I had my DVD player in fast forward a little bit. I like the weights/cardio section and especially the squat thrust push ups. I burned 432 calories which totally surprised me. Have a great Sunday!! ~*~~*~ It's Tax Time! Guest guest
Hi, Today I decided to go with one I hadn't done in a while and have I not only done this workout in a while, I haven't done it "as is" in a VERY long while. I went with Kick, Punch, & Crunch. This one always blows me away and I ALWAYS get a huge calorie burn. I burned 545 calories and earned every calorie. I'm not a big fan of this workout mostly because I did it a lot when it first came out and also because its so darn hard (at least for me anyway) and it feels so long. Once I get done with the warm up and intensity drills that's workout enough right there and then come the 3 combos. The combos are pretty intense especially since she does the arms first, then legs, then puts them together and does this on both sides. I really doubt I would've made it through all of it if this were morning hours. I know most of you know all about this workout, but those that don't, here's how the workout goes. Warm- up 7 min., Intermediate intensity drills 7 ½ min., High intensity drills 18 min., Combo #1 8 min., Combo #2 7 min., Combo #3 6 min., Stability ball abs 7 min., Stretch 5 ½ min., Total = 68 min I'm pretty proud of myself for doing the entire workout. I'm so use to doing a mish mosh or premix that I don't do that many workouts as they are and I'm going to do my best to do that for this week and for August. I'm off to bath the kid and relax. Have a nice evening. ~**~Get fantasy football with free live scoring. Sign up for FanHouse Fantasy Football today.

Guest guest
Wow! That is a huge calorie burn! One I dream about from a workout, but then again, I want to enjoy the fruits of it later and not merely pass out in a puddle of sweat and exhaustion which this workout would probably do to me! That will be very interesting to hear about you doing workouts as is, instead of mish moshes. I wonder if you'll be bored? Or maybe you'll get new ideas for new mish moshes! Guest guest
Great job with the push ups, ! I'm looking forward to hearing about 4DS this week. That one is on my wish list. Does this sound right? hmmmm, heck i dont know! the polar F4 that i have uses percentages of max hr so i have mine set at 65% to 90%. i do think that the calorie count was so high on your timex because the zones were not set right, alone with age, sex, height, etc. that is usually the case with the polar, anyway. :*carolyn. That's the thing though. This one only has your weight... no sex, age or height. I'm probably taking it back today. ~**~It's only a deal if it's where you want to go. Find your travel deal here.
