Tuesday - TJ Kick, Punch and Jam/Pick Your Spot Pilates

Hi Everyone,

Today I actually felt like cardio - I did an old favorite - TJ Kick, Punch and Jam - more athletic than dancey - I always skip the 8 minute of toning w/ the tubing at the end though - doesn't do much for me! The cardio part of the workout is 30-35 minutes or so. Not too daunting! Afterwards I did Crunch's Pick Your Spot Pilates w/ Ellen Barrett. I can tell my core worked - I haven't done kickboxing since before the start of my vacation about a month ago! Felt good to sweat and get into a bit more intensity.

Not sure what is up for tomorrow, I'm enjoying this play it by ear week.
