Guest guest
Hi Judy,I recently bought kettlebells. I chose premier aders. I chose those because most everyone likes them that has them. They get great reviews as in the handles are very smooth, and the bells, themselves, are sized well. The handles fit womens hands well too. Muscledriver (vinyl coated ones) also got great reviews and also the go fit ones from Target. Those are the ones I was debating. The others are probably a bit cheaper too. Hope this helps!Darcy So I saw the infomercial on kettlebells and remember someone on the list researched and got some Can you tell me what you chose and why? You guys have been so right on regarding other dvds. I thougth these woule be fun and again not require a lot of space. judy s in MD

I really like compound moves. judy who loves this group sorry I don't post much but I read them! Re: kettlebells Hi Judy,I recently bought kettlebells. I chose premier aders. Guest guest
I was at dick's sporting goods yesterday and they carry the go fit kettlebells, same as Target, but they carried several more sizes, up to 45 lbs. check out www.gofit.net. These also come with a dvd, and I've seen individual go fit dvd's at target, levels 1 and 2, and they were around $15. I was seriously considering getting a couple, but I was afraid with my kids that they would walk in front of my and I'd whack them in the head or somehow pull a muscle or something. They frequently get too close during pilates or yoga but don't seem to mind much if they get bumped with a foot or hand, but I think a kettlebell would hurt a bit more... If you get these, you'll have to let me know if the dvd is any good. I was wondering if this is a workout in line with bodypump or Jari Love, or if it is more aerobic with compound moves. > > So I saw the infomercial on kettlebells and remember someone on the list researched and got some > Can you tell me what you chose and why? > You guys have been so right on regarding other dvds. > I thougth these woule be fun and again not require a lot of space. > judy s in MD >

Guest guest
I will let you know - the next is to decide which size bell to get I too worry about my dogs as they often get wound up when I work out (Turbo jam is the worst - my young one starts jumping and barking!) but I can crate them - something you can't do with kids judy Re: kettlebells I was at dick's sporting goods yesterday and they carry the go fit kettlebells, same as Target, but they carried several more sizes, up to 45 lbs. check out www.gofit.net. Guest guest
We have a crate for our dog which we haven't used in years...I've threatened to put them in there when they weren't behaving, not that they have even seen it, but they thought it sounded like fun and were provoking me to see if I would really do it, so I stopped using it as a threat...they are not quite 4 and 5 years old and require constant supervision...they both had colds this past week so I had to buy some medicine for them, the youngest remembered the triaminic thin strips from raiding what I thought was a childproof place to store medicine. Needless to say it wasn't, they got into a whole bunch of children's cold medicine and needed to call poison control, and that was in the span of me being in the shower for 15 minutes. Now all medicine is locked up in cosmetic totes with dual zippers and travel locks on all of them...they would need some serious tools to get into these. Anyway, my youngest told me when I gave him the cold medicine the other day that he just might eat it all on me again. Ugh! I need supernanny to pay me a visit! > > > > So I saw the infomercial on kettlebells and remember someone on the > list researched and got some > > Can you tell me what you chose and why? > > You guys have been so right on regarding other dvds. > > I thougth these woule be fun and again not require a lot of space. > > judy s in MD > > >
