Guest guest Posted April 6, 2012 Report Share Posted April 6, 2012 I have a patient that has bee denied WC coverage. During the first 90 days of care he was sent to an IME and denied any coverage. He now has his own attorney and he has been sent to another Neurosurgeon that indicates he needs surgery and has very different findings from the IME doc...... They are about to have a hearing on the case and SAIF has called me and wants me to have a 15 min phone call with the employers attorney - the patients attorney will not be present. Has anyone ever dealt with this before?? Judith E.
