Guest guest
Hi, As per usual - T-Tapp Primary Back Stretch twice to loosen up. I was really stiff this morning from sleeping all crammed up in a corner. Yesterday my dog split her head open (second time in 18 months) so she had to go to the vet for stitches (staples). She is a nervous wreck at the vets to begin with so they had to sedate her to get the staples in....well, DH has this brilliant idea of making her two hamburgers for dinner when we got home since she had been through so much. They didn't agree with her (I sure wish my vet had said something about possible side effects from the sedation - they gave her a shot to put her out and then they gave her another to " wake her up " she seemed okay when we left) and she barfed all over my bed (and, as luck would have it, I had JUST washed all the bedding, comforter included). So, with doggie feeling sick, she slept on the bed and I didn't have the heart to kick her down to the foot of the bed or the floor, so I slept in this really cramped spot (after washing the bedding for the second time!!) Anyway, after that is was Cardio X - I really like this one, it isn't hard at all for me anymore but hits quite a bit in 43 minutes - yoga, kickboxing, plyo and core. Then, it was back and biceps. I upped the weights on some exercises that were too easy for me last time. This one isn't bad, if you don't mind spending about 45 minutes on your back and biceps! I didn't mind it today - and I must admit, I love watching Bobby so that makes the workout well worth it. I think I have a teen-age crush on him. He is in this one and in Chest & Back (and Power Half Hour). *SIGH* Okay, I'm making myself sick now.... Tomorrow is yoga and since reviewed Yoga X and in honor of my last week of the " X " I may just do that one. Take care everyone! Guest guest
Sounds like you had quite a night Donna. I've been there too and it's no fun. I hope your dog is feeling better today. Still you got a great workout it. I think you well deserve the yoga! --Kathy Calvin: I'm a genius, but I'm a misunderstood genius. Hobbes: What's misunderstood about you?
