I had the best leg workout! I joined a new gym and had one of my complimentary PT sessions. Well, it was so refreshing to get hooked up with a trainer that has actually followed BFL in the past. We went through a LBWO and he helped me establish set weights for starting. And to be honest, he pushed me to higher weights than I would have chosen. I had a feeling I was being too easy on myself, and that I can lift more than what I was doing. I was afraid to increase the weight, because I didn't think I could handle it. HAH!
