When did you first start?Darcy The same workout every day, six days a week with the stretch and abs routines added on certain days...I don't know how people are able do that for 6 weeks I couldn't do the same workouts like that. I know when I first started working out, I only had a few workouts so I had to do them over and over. Now I wonder how I even stuck to it.
