Vennitta, I think your week looks fantastic, very tough, and I only can hope I keep up with your for SS! I like your format and your notes, they made me giggle and empathize at the same time. Your Firm groups must be very proud of you! You may have indulged on eating, who doesn't during December? But I bet you kept the poundage at bay with all those workouts. Now that America is in resolutions mode the vibes around us to watch our intake will be more positive. You rock, Chickaroo!\

Great job, Vennitta! I hear you on the scary stuff -

I got a look at my behind - yikes! All your FIRM

workouts make me want to do a FIRM rotation in the

worst way. I cashed in $15 on my e-rewards for

" Borders Bucks " so once that clears I think I'm going

to buy the new set - it is $49.99 at Borders (with the

weights - which I don't need, but what the heck...)

but with the $15 off it will not be too bad.

Even better if I can combine it with a 30% off coupon!

If the lighting is bad that even worse! heavy sighs, thank goodness I like working out and have all of you on this list.
