Well after 2 days of bad, I've had 2 days of good again. I hope I can stick with it. I didn't have any food cravings yesterday. I don't get it..hmm.. I think there is a trigger food in there, and I'm afraid it's my oatmeal bar that I love! LOL.. Anyway on Wednesday I did an upper body tape of Gilad's for 40 minutes, I then did Simply Interval w/ Gin (love this one), and then I did Ab ripper. Ab ripper is kind of depressing because that workout didn't use to challenge me too much . It sure does now :( I am going to start doing that one more often so I can get stronger. Apparently, I need it. Most of my other ab videos I don't have problems with.. However, this one works the hip flexors and more of the core too - maybe that's it.

Yesterday, I did Criss Cross Cardio w/ Sherri. I really liked it, and can't remember doing it before. It's a kickboxing workout w/ some drills in there. Choreo is simple to follow except at the end when she wants you to put it all together. I can never remember...LOL... It is 40 minutes of kickboxing moves with some plyo drills, and then ends w/ 20 minutes of leg core work that I loved. It worked my core mostly. Since I'm not doing abs today I wanted to do them again yesterday. I chose Ab Jam again. That workout has been challenging to me as well whereas before it was pretty easy. Guess I must remind myself that my baby is just a bit over 6 months old and I need to give those muscles more time to get back to what they were! Just hurt my ego a bit, I guess..LOL..

I got on the scale today and it was the lowest it has been yet. I couldn't believe it. After my two HORRID days. Wow. So hopefully that will motivate me even more to get rid of these last few pounds. I soo want them GONE!

Happy Friday everyone!!Darcy

I love those bars! Grr... I willl have to stay away from them for a few days and try one, one more time to see if that does it. I'm usually not observative - so I'm proud of myself for maybe figuring it out!!!

It would be fabulous though if that was the simple problem. An easy fix!Darcy

Good to see you back Darcy. Those oatmeal bars can trigger my over eating also. I can also tell that protein bars do it too.
