Jen's exercise for Sunday 1/20/08

Today I did Power 90's Circuit 1-2 for 28 mins.

I used 3lbs for triceps, 5's for shoulders and 8's for biceps.

I was able to do all of the pushups and even brought my hands in closer for the tricep pushups!

I have all of the Power 90 workouts on VHS videos and none of them have music which is fine with me as I usually don't pay attention to it while working out.

I walked twice on my treadmill today.

30 mins - 2002 Self Challenge Month 1 Week 4 Workout 2 Incline 2-3

33:24 mins burned 125 calories (according to my TM)

Bowled on my league 3 games for approx. 1 hour.
