Guest guest
I don't know your fitness level so it's hard to choose for you. Advanced Step Challenge is supposed to have very tricky choreography, and I'm sure Gilad would not. I think your looking at two very different workouts. Amy's would also be advancrd whereas Gilad's is more intermediate. Have you checked out collage or videofitness? Although I love Amazon, I think their video reviews would be hard because they could be coming from people who have little to no workouts. Or maybe not. However, when checking videofitness and/or collage. These people know their stuff and I would 'trust' the reviews more www.videofitness.comwww.collagevideo.comGood luck!DarcyOn Jan 13, 2008 4:59 AM, Slinks < dancewithslinky@...> wrote: Hi peoples :-) I'm looking at buying a new dvd at the moment these two are on my mind, though there are a lot more, these are what I think I want, trouble is " one at a time " fits the wallet .. can any one give me their thoughts .. Gilad - Step Aerobics DVD Bonus Abs Aerobic Workout in HAWAII OR Amy Bento - ADVANCED STEP CHALLENGE - Step Aerobics DVD Both have good reveiws on Amazon.com although Amy's are better !! hmm choices, choices don't you just hate having to choose !! lol Thanks in advance Slinks :-)

Guest guest
hi slinks, amy's step workout is VERY tricky. she doesn't breakdown combos you just try to keep up with the cues which for some reason she doesn't do well IMO in her step workouts. any other workout of hers i love. i think you can go through amazon though and get some cathe. cathe.com has long video clips and see if that is something you might like. she has beg/inter and advanced stuff but her early advanced stuff is pretty easy to follow along with her later releases get a little more tricky but i think if you have been stepping for a good period of time you wouldn't have an issue with her stuff. i like gilad but never tried his step workout so i can't comment on it. but if you can get him i would get gilad anyway. mind as well have some eye candy while you cooking up a sweat LOL. kassia ldy_solana's domain Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Never miss a thing.
