Guest guest Posted January 6, 2008 Report Share Posted January 6, 2008 I have 4 videos that I use on my treadmill PLUS tons of other workouts that I either found or made up myself. I use Results Only Treadmill Conditioning about 43 mins, Results Only Baby Boomers workout about 30 minutes. I also use both Debbie Dee's and Kathy 's Powerbelt workouts that use the powerbelt for resistance. These are both about 30 minutes but I burn more calories wearing/using the powerbelt as it works my arms too!
