It's 11:30 eastern. You've got almost all your water in already? How

DO you do that? I'm still working on my first 1.5 liter bottle.

DONE!!! Almost got all my water in already also. How's everyone day

going so far?? Staying on track? BTW, does anyone know how to put a

signature on this thing?

My goal every day is 64 oz. I have 17 oz. water bottles, therefore I

only have to drink 4 to meet that goal. I usually go way over. I

usaually get up and have a whole bottle right out of bed. To get

myself off to a good start.(I was a BIG diet DP drinker up until last

week) Usually 2 of the bottles are Crystal Light. It's harder for

me in the afternoon, once the kids get home and I get distracted. I

always have one in the car with me and try to drink it all before I

get home, even if I'm running to the post office up the road. If I

break it down into smaller portions it's easier for me. If I look at

the whole picture I get overwhelmed. It's 1:11 here and I'm just

finishing my 4th bottle. The rest is just gravy!
