Guest guest Posted January 14, 2008 Report Share Posted January 14, 2008 My goal every day is 64 oz. I have 17 oz. water bottles, therefore I only have to drink 4 to meet that goal. I usually go way over. I usaually get up and have a whole bottle right out of bed. To get myself off to a good start.(I was a BIG diet DP drinker up until last week) Usually 2 of the bottles are Crystal Light. It's harder for me in the afternoon, once the kids get home and I get distracted. I always have one in the car with me and try to drink it all before I get home, even if I'm running to the post office up the road. If I break it down into smaller portions it's easier for me. If I look at the whole picture I get overwhelmed. It's 1:11 here and I'm just finishing my 4th bottle.
