Guest guest
Just wanted to report in: I completed my 4-week Beginner Workout, and today began the Intermediate Workout. Ouch: 3 set of each superset ;- > ... and surprise! just as I was getting my butt high off the ground on the Stability Ball Curl Up, here comes the Stability Ball jack Knife, that I'm totally wobbly on! I am REALLY liking TT. I like that it's do-able... it's a good challenge not unbearable. I like that it's short. I like that I am dripping sweat so early in the workout. I loved that I was able to do the workout easily while on vacation at my sister's home. And I like that there are so many routines that switch every 4 weeks. I only missed 1 workout the whole 4 weeks, including the Beginner interval sets on an exercise bike, and added some BFL-HIIT or Jazzercise on the alternate days. I did ESE all 4 weeks, twice a week. I lost 0 pounds. It sure is discouraging. My pants are not looser either. My food is pretty clean according to BFL, but with some chocolate calories tossed in... My calories were average per week: week 1 = 1300 with 2 ESE, so the calories jagged up and down week 2 = 1350 with 2 ESE, so the calories jagged up and down week 3 = 1350 with 2 ESE, so the calories jagged up and down week 4 = 1500 with 1 ESE, so the calories jagged up and down within these calories i did not count salad vegies or brocolli, which i call 'free' and eat a lot of (3C/day salad; 1C/day brocolli or 1/2 sw potato) It sure is frustrating having a slow metabolism and being 62; the pounds just do not go away! ;-( Etana Finkler, 62 and stronger every day. etana.finkler01@...
