You know that's fine, right? Low days, high days. People do it intentionally

and call it a zig-zag. A variable calorie intake keeps your metabolism

guessing and tends to encourage fat loss. No reason to eat exactly the same

amount every day, or even to count calories at all. Relax. :-)

I know, I know, I'm just being very hard on myself right now. I'm a

all or nothing type of person.

I am right there with you. After a 5lb loss my first week, I ate like

crazy yesterday on my free day. I didn't eat anything real bad just way

too much sodium and calories. I was up 1.5lbs this morning. Now I am

having to encourage myself to hit it hard today. Just don't give up. I

did this bfl program once before and so I know the ups and downs are

common (both physical and emotional). Just keep watching what you eat

and don't become too frantic. You will learn along the way how many

calories are in certain brands of foods.

Hey ,

Don't worry about that 1.5lbs, it is probably water weight from the

increased sodium. Drink extra water to flush it out, and it will be all

gravy.

Oh no! Say it ain't so!! Not a smaller calorie deficit than usual?

Doesn't this mean you have to start all over?

I really don't understand the attitude of your post, you're just

being sarcastic right?

:-) Yes, I'm being totally sarcastic. Unless you're a very tiny

person, you probably still got a calorie deficit for the day, just a

little less of a deficit than you planned. Keep on trucking, girl;

you're still doing great.

Ok, good, I didn't know if you were being ugly and making fun of me

or not. Phew! Thanks for the encouragement.
