Hi ,

First - loved the purple streak in your hair. I so

wish I had the nerve to do stuff like that.

Second, I meant to reply to your earlier post about

the " easiest " slim series and I would definately say

the next step up for you from Burn it Off would be Mix

it Up. It is hard to gauge the rest of the slim

series in level of difficulty. I always found Tone ti

be really hard - even though it isn't as long as Tear

or Shape. I'd probably say, of those three Shape

would be easiest, followed by Tone, followed by Tear.

Firm it Up is all lower body - and has endless reps of

squats and bad-form kickboxing!

Take care,

Donna

Donna!

Sorry to hear DD is being contestive (is that a word lol) and that that is

draining some of your energy. Does she do this with DH too?

My mom found a note that I wrote when I was about 8. I will forward it later,
