I got the cinnamon flax oil and I put it in my oatmeal. I love the plain in

hot ceral. (have hot cereal, eggs and flax oil). Also, i put it in salad and

on veges.

I saw cinnamon flax oil at Whole Foods yesterday. You can also order it
