We have been using Schedulicity (http://schedulicity.extole.com/a/clk/2dkrSL) for over a year and half and LOVE IT!

Patients can schedule themselves 24/7, there are great reporting features, it's very simple to use and includes some email marketing already. Not sure that it will play nicely with Constant Contact, but you could in theory use the built-in marketing features to replace your Constant Contact work.

I would be more than happy to talk to you more about how it works and our experience with it. Also, can't beat $39/mo for multi-users.
