Guest guest
Thanx for the review! There's something about her that I really like, which makes a regular workout special, yanno? The circuit training one og hers I have in the same series is ordinary, but I really like *her* Sent via BlackBerry from T-Mobile hollywood trainer core & stretch hiya! it was too windy to walk outdoors this morning (40 km/hr winds). so i laid on the couch instead :/ this evening i decided i should do *something* so i did jeanette jenkins:hollywoodtrainer:core & stretch. the core section is 23 mins long and contains a good medley of exercises, a mixture of traditional crunches and some pilates. there is a beginner modifier and jeanette starts the exercises out in their easiest form before doing more advanced modifications in a second or third set. nothing really that different or exciting though, and all were done down on the floor. there is a bit of a stretch at the end... jeanette flubs it a bit by doing the same side twice. she realizes what she is doing though, smiles and makes a cute comment, then proceeds to stretch the other side twice to make things even. not a bad workout by any means, but not thrilling. the stretch section is 37 mins and consists of classic athletic stretches, and does the full body. pleasant music. jeanette encourages everyone to use a strap or towel (i used a strap for the laying hamstring stretch only though). stretches are held for a 'long' time in comparison to other videos, so i recommend this dvd for the stretch section alone, making the ab workout a nice bonus on the dvd. :*carolyn. Guest guest
Good going, Carolyn! I hope that this one shows up at Ross. I feel the same way about Jeannette as . I think that she is going to do a kickboxing video for Crunch - if that is true, I'm so going to get that one!
