Guest guest
I also worry about the calves cramping. Do yours ever do that? Mine do once in awhile. no, mine never really cramp. When I was pregnant for my daughter I used to get Charlie horses in the middle of the night right in the center of my calves. I would punch my legs with my fist they hurt so bad lol It was a grueling pain and something I will always remember. I love working calves. My legs aren't real big, but I like working calves to kind of get the lower half up with the upper in a sense. Plus, I love the DOMS I get there. Speaking of which, I don't have ANY soreness this morning from all that calve work I did last night, can you believe that? Maybe later on today, I don't know. ~**~~**~See AOL's top rated recipes and easy ways to stay in shape for winter.
