Guest guest Posted February 22, 2008 Report Share Posted February 22, 2008 hi! last night i attended a modofied step class. the choreography was not hard because it is for beginners. i put one set of risers under the step so i was stepping on a 6 inch step--made it harder for me. glad just to have had an hour of exercise!! today i would like to get some strength training in. not sure which dvd i'm going to use. i think i would like to do the 10 minute solution ball one with kimberly spreen but i think my ball is out in the garage dusty and flat:/ well i'm going to have to look at my dvds and see if there is a 30 minute one i can do today. tomorrow morning i'm going to the cardio pump class at 7 am. i like getting my exercise in the morning it seems to work best for my family. can't wait for the snow/ice to melt so i can get outside with the jogging stroller and dd!! stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
