Guest guest Posted February 4, 2008 Report Share Posted February 4, 2008 So proud of you Jen!!!GREAT WORK!Darcy Jen's exercise for Sunday 2/03/08 I did the following today: Bowled on league - 1 hour Power 90's Circuit 1-2 - 28 mins I used 3 lb for triceps, 5 lb for shoulders and 8 lbs for biceps I was able to do 8 pushups on my toes, 7 on my knees in the first round. I did all of the tricep dips (small movement, knees bent) but had to take a break between rep 10 and rep 15 Walked on treadmill - 2002 Self Challenge Month 2 Week 1 Workout 3 Incline Intervals 30 minutes Rode my airdyne bike for 3 mins Jen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
