I have all of the Power 90 workouts on VHS videos and none of them have music which is fine with me as I usually don't pay attention to it while working out. I walked twice on my treadmill today. 30 mins - 2002 Self Challenge Month 1 Week 4 Workout 2 Incline 2-3 33:24 mins burned 125 calories (according to my TM) Bowled on my league 3 games for approx. 1 hour. I would put her on her knees, use risers (which makes them easier yet), and she would still have a hard time!!They aren't easy Jen - you're doing more than a lot of people! I go to my knees all the time. I always start out on my toes, but end up on my knees. Push-ups and tricep dips kick my butt... Darcy I do the pushups on my knees so I'm not all that!
