This is going to continue with my determination and your encouragement and/or nagging I will be unstoppable!

Thanks . I know what I'm in for with Ramp It Up, I've done it before. I'm going to do the leg exercises leaning against a chair so that I won't hurt my knees. Congratulations Jen! You are doing a great job

I'll be doing a tweaked version of Sn6 in Feb - I'll be adding in different workouts so that I can through Phase 3 especially.
