Guest guest
WOO-HOO!!!!! YOU GO GIRL!!! You are doing so fab. I am such a wimp though, I need to use 2 lbs instead of 3 lbs on the tricep extensions.....my triceps are just too week. I used 5 lbs for my shoulders and 8's for my biceps so not too bad. I also wanted to say " Thank You " to everyone here that has encouraged me and nagged me (you know WHO YOU ARE!) I really appreciate it and I hope that you will keep on encouraging me and nagging me. In the past I've always either got sick (not yet..knock on wood) or got hurt (poor knee & pulled leg muscle) and quit exercising but this time I fought my way through obstacles. This is going to continue with my determination and your encouragement and/or nagging I will be unstoppable! Love ya all, Jen

Guest guest
Thanks . I know what I'm in for with Ramp It Up, I've done it before. I'm going to do the leg exercises leaning against a chair so that I won't hurt my knees. If I don't feel it enough then I will add leg weights. Jen pinkpussycat@... wrote: Yay! Guest guest
Congratulations Jen! You are doing a great job I'll be doing a tweaked version of Sn6 in Feb - I'll be adding in different workouts so that I can through Phase 3 especially. Vennitta Congratulations Jen. Good for you!You are doing great, and you are not a wimp. I'm not sure what Icould use for triceps extensions now, I'd probably start with my 1 1/2lb donut weights just to be safe. You had a great workout, everyone has been doing great.Kerry5a. I finally DID IT!
