Now if you just cut back on certain food temptations and portions you will drop a lot of pounds with all that exercise! I'd do it in baby steps, like this week only go to one fast food place or whatever your temptation happens to be; I remember even our Toughie cut back on capucinos at one point! I gave up drinking in October and I know it has played a large part in losing the 14 lbs I've lost since then. Anyway - can't wait to hear your review of Ramp It Up! Hugs!
