Guest guest Posted January 8, 2008 Report Share Posted January 8, 2008 Jen's exercise for Tuesday 1/08/08 Today I did the following: Start It Up = 50.89 minutes (DONE with that video for now!) Later this evening I went to my basement and I did this: Walked on treadmill = 30 minutes (2002 Self Challenge Week 2 Workout 2 (Incline)) right after my Self Challenge walk I, I rode my Airdyne Bike = 3 minutes. then I took a 5 minute break and then I Walked on my treadmill AGAIN = 30 minutes, but this time I walked 5 minutes, stopped the treadmill, got off and did 10 reps of an exercise using 3 lb weights....I alternated walking and weight lifting doing different exercises for 30 minutes! then I, Rode my Airdyne Bike again = 3 minutes!
