Guest guest
Great job Carolyn!!!I just did this one the other day too. Although, I enjoyed it, the " unevenness " (is that such a word) really bothered me! You would think he would try harder since we complain about it - he has to know!!! Guest guest
That's why they were doing the new counting on Amped to try to keep it even. I don't pay attention as after all these years, I'm not uneven so I don't know if it has evened up the sides or not. I *think* it did IIRC from other people's postings on VF. The higher the rent, the better the " house " I live in. I really like living in the " high rent district " and I bet if you just take yourself in hand and tell yourself you are going to do it and like it (or else), you'll end up loving the benefits so much that eventually you couldn't imagine not working out. Guest guest
Good going, Carolyn! I think I did Taebo Extreme once, I should do it again. Ihave, as you now, a ridiculous amount of workouts - *SIGH* Our weather has been really mild lately, too, I want to say yesterday might have hit 70 - it was wonderful to be outside without a coat! Guest guest
Um... as a unknown aerobics instructor who can make it even, a professional like BB should be able to do this, and it should NOT be Shellie's responsibility either! Normally you do an exercise for a phrase of music, or 32 counts. It is NOT hard to do 2 phrases of knee strikes on one side then 2 phrases of music on the other! Not mirroring his cueing and uneven counting does bug me about Tae-Bo and makes it appear less professional. It's his only flaw I just adore him in every other way as an instructor! He is someone I would love to meet someday.

Um.... dont forget that billy is dyslexic... maybe that has something to do with needing shellie to remind him about the reps/sets. he also gets to doing his motivational talks or showing proper form or showing modifications, that he gets a bit off track at times. it must be difficult for anyone to do all of that at the same time. i do see it as shellie's responsibility to help billy, so that they can make the workouts be the best they can be. she is his right-hand woman! although perhaps some cue cards might be just as helpful when it comes to not missing exercises....LOL :*carolyn.
