I finally DID IT! YAH for ME!

Finally, I finished 6 days of Slim in 6's "Start It Up!" This is the first time I did one rotation week...even though it was mixed in with treadmill walking, airdyne biking and P90 at least I'm finally done with Start it up and I can move up to Ramp it up guilt free! I am such a wimp though, I need to use 2 lbs instead of 3 lbs on the tricep extensions.....my triceps are just too week. I used 5 lbs for my shoulders and 8's for my biceps so not too bad. I also wanted to say "Thank You" to everyone here that has encouraged me and nagged me (you know WHO YOU ARE!) I really appreciate it and I hope that

you will keep on encouraging me and nagging me. In the past I've always either got sick (not yet..knock on wood) or got hurt (poor knee & pulled leg muscle) and quit exercising but this time I fought my way through obstacles. This is going to continue with my determination and your encouragement and/or nagging I will be unstoppable! Love ya all,
