I need to try and be more active in the group and maybe that will help me stay motivated, not that that's been a problem yet. Anyway, my question is this: I weighed in after I completed my 4th week on BFL. I figured that not weighing in weekly was good for me because I tend to get obsessed. After 4 weeks I lost 3.4 pounds and 1.1% body fat. Is this reasonable? Should I have expected more? I keep reading about other people's results and they all seem to be losing faster. I'm concerned that maybe I'm not doing something right. I probably won't weigh in again until I've completed my 8th week, but want to figure out if I should step it up a bit to get better results or just be satisfied with what I've gotten.
