Supermans: I did with ankle weights and 2lbs handweights

great workout . S & H are tough workouts. Good for you for using weights for the supermans, thosre are tough without ANY weight at all.

~~Delicious ideas to please the pickiest eaters. Watch the video on AOL Living.

You are doing so fantastic ! WOO-HOO!Be proud!Darcy

To balance the workout I did with my friend at the gym last week, I decided to do Cathe's Slow & Heavy Chest and Back workout. I feel really great for having done it too!

The layout is you do 3 sets of 8 reps of each exercise. There is a count of 6 for the concentric part of the movement and a count of 2 for the negative, or eccentric part of the movement. Here's what I did, all are done with dumbells:

Bench press: 2 sets with 20lbs, 1 set with 15 Flys: 3 sets with 15 lbs Incline bench press: 1 set with 20 lbs, 2 sets with 15 lbs

Incline flys: 2 sets with 15 lbs, 1 set with 12 lbs I did the pushups on my knees, count follows the other exercises with 2 down, 6 up

Bent rows: 1 set 15 lbs, 2 sets 12 lbs Pullovers: all 3 sets with 20 lbs (this is one dumbell of 20 lbs)

Deadlifts: all 3 sets with 20 lbs. Supermans: I did with ankle weights and 2lbs handweights 1 set of planks on elbows

1 set of planks with straight arms 1 set in a supine position (reverse plank) I'm already feeling it, and I feel GREAT!
