New Member- First Workout Done!

Hello!

My name is and I am 32 years old. I live in the great state of Texas

and I just started my first challenge today.

I would like to lose about 4 clothing sizes. I'm not putting a scale weight goal

down because I have no idea what weight I want to be at. I know I want to be

smaller, and more toned and have more muscle. LOL.

My first workout was today and let me tell you...it was TOUGH!!

I guess you could say I hit my tens today!! My arms are like jello to the point

that I can hardly type!!

Let me tell you one thing..I'm so glad I decided to do this...Even though I know

I'm going to be terribly sore tomorrow(especially in my biceps and triceps) I

know that in the end it's going to be SO worth it!!

My first workout actually took close to an hour because I was trying to get the

form and weight correct but I'm sure I'll hit the recommended time slot within

the first week.

I'm going to slug down some water.

Hi ! Make sure you write down what weights you use for which

exercises so you can increase appropriately as you strengthen and continue

hitting those 10's! You will be more sore the first week. After that it is

be a more pleasant feeling, if you know what I mean!

I love jello arms!

Congrats on getting through that first workout and welcome to the board!! As

someone who just finished her first challenge, I can say it's totally worth it!

Stick with it and you'll reach your goal . . .whatever it may be!
