Guest guest
Hi, I've been reading your posts for the last week or so, getting ready for the BFL challenge, I started today. I've been loving your posts. I've very glad I joined the group. Six years ago I started my first challenge, and did two back to back and saw great results, then I started a third by my marriage when downhill quickly so I tanked on that. I started gaining weight before the divorce and it continued. I'd like to lose at least 35 pounds, not all in one challenge, of course. In July I celebrate the five-year anniversary of leaving my (really awful) marriage and decided to do something wonderful for myself. Since BFL helped empower me so much when I did it then, I wanted to try it again. I spent all last week preparing. When I did my first two challenges, I was a full-time stay-at-home mom. Now, I work full time and have two teens at home. I am the sole caregiver of the kids. I am also 48 now instead of the 42-year-old I used to be. I am looking for suggestions on staying consistent on the exercise. I am planning on getting up at 5:30 a.m. and doing free weights at home -- what I'm doing now -- but am considering joining a gym in two weeks, after I get back in the habit of working out. Any ideas are appreciated.
