Hi,

This morning I did Hardcore Xtreme Interval Blast Plus Legs. I didn't do the legs at end because I ran out of time, so I'm going to try to get that in this evening.

This was a really tough workout and to be honest, its not one of my favorites. I guess I don't really like it because it IS so tough, but more so because there is SO much high impact in it. The KM blast challenge is just ridiculous.

I modified on a few of the blasts for both KM and Imax 3. I just feel like its just being smart and not beating my body up so bad.

Here's the breakdown of this workout:

Imax 3 Warm UpImax Interval 5(includes blast)Imax Interval 6(includes blast)Imax Interval 7(includes blast)Kick Max Blast Challenge (ONLY first 5 blasts)Imax Interval 8(includes blast)Imax Interval 9(includes blast)Imax Interval 10(includes blast)Kick Max Blast Challenge (ONLY the 2nd five blasts)Kick Max Leg Conditioning DrillsKick Max Stretch

My legs felt like they had 20 lb weights on them by the time I got to the last 5 blasts in KM, I really wanted to quit. That usually doesn't happen to me, but I felt so tired and weak at this point.

I'm glad its over and I burned 520 calories.
