Guest guest Posted June 19, 2008 Report Share Posted June 19, 2008 Been having a pretty bad bout of PMS this past week and I haven't missed any work outs but they are just so lazy. I'm finishing up week 3 of RCR and the strength training part I do fine on but my cardio days, I just can't seem to get it in gear. I'm doing it but half-assing it. I'm starting to freak out a little bit b/c I'm on my second challenge and starting to wonder if it really is PMS or if I'm losing steam b/c I've " been there, done that " already. My eating has slipped a little this week, nothing major but enough to make me annoyed with myself and then, b/c I LOVE to irritate me...I stepped on the scale this morning and I'm up a few pounds which is the norm around this TOM but for some reason today I'm " convinced " that it is staying that way and my body is not responding to anything I'm doing good for me. Uggghhhh! Anyone else get like this? Doing a half assed work out is better than not doing one at all right? Maybe for the PMS weeks, I should do cardio after breakfast rather than on an empty stomach? Any advice for lack of motivation? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
