They are different, but I would like to include workouts from all 3 series one

of thede days!

Slim in 6 is the original SIU, RIU, BIU, KIU and Slimm & Limber, Slim & 6 Pack.

Then there's the newer Express workouts

The others in the middle are the Slim Series
