Guest guest Posted June 28, 2008 Report Share Posted June 28, 2008 Happy Friday All BFLer's! I'll make this brief. Sunday marks the end of my 6th week on the program. I am a 45 year-old female, 5 " 5' and average about 157 lbs. When I began the program....I was 158.6 lbs. I did not take measurements at the start but I can tell you that my pants size has NOT gotten smaller. I have followed the program precisely and have recently added a Power Yoga class 2 nights per week. I can say however, that I am getting stronger, so that's a positive. August will mark 1 full year of attempting various programs to lose weight - all to no avail. I've had a physical this year and know that I have a healthy thyroid. I am on hormone replacement therapy and have been for many years. I am obviously frustrated with my situation and would like to hear what others may have to offer. I have no intention of letting go of my new BFL lifestyle as I know that regardless of results seen on the scale, I am eating healthier and of course, the workouts have a multitude of benefits.
