Happy Friday All BFLer's!

I'll make this brief. Sunday marks the end of my 6th week on the

program. I am a 45 year-old female, 5 " 5' and average about 157 lbs.

When I began the program....I was 158.6 lbs. I did not take

measurements at the start but I can tell you that my pants size has

NOT gotten smaller. I have followed the program precisely and have

recently added a Power Yoga class 2 nights per week. I can say

however, that I am getting stronger, so that's a positive.

August will mark 1 full year of attempting various programs to lose

weight - all to no avail. I've had a physical this year and know

that I have a healthy thyroid. I am on hormone replacement therapy

and have been for many years.

I am obviously frustrated with my situation and would like to hear

what others may have to offer. I have no intention of letting go of

my new BFL lifestyle as I know that regardless of results seen on

the scale, I am eating healthier and of course, the workouts have a

multitude of benefits. However, I truly would like to see about 20

lbs come off!
