Reminds me of Jillian 's Kickboxing workout, drill-like, but highly effective. Tony was tolerable in the Ab Rippers in this series, but he's back to being annoying in this one. He's a great instructor, easy on the eyes, but it all gets ruined when he opens his trap! He's worse in P90X tho.. In spite of this, I would like to do this workout this week!
