I did it! My son came in during the last bit of kickboxing and so did my husband (I hate working out with them as an audience for some reason) but they didn't care and I didn't either, I just kept going. I did Ab Ripper 200 too and did ALL of the crunches except the last 8 on that head to toe or whatever it is called so I did 192 crunches! I will work up to doing the last 8 too. Just couldn't hold my form or the pain in my abs at that point! :-)

off to shower and then take the kid to the doctor.

(who feels much better now that she has worked out, thanks for the "talk" !)
