This is the last time doing this workout for this rotation (I believe) I never get tired of this workout. It always gives me a great burn no matter how many times I do it and even to spite the fact that I can't go up in weight (damn it) Anyway, you've all saw this before but I'll put it down anyway. Chest- 12/15/20 Back- pull overs 15/20/25 Rows- 15/20/25 Shoulders- 3/5/7 Triceps- kickbacks 3/5/10 (I did use 10's instead of 8's here) overhead extensions 12/15/20 Biceps- 8/10/12 I didn't do the abs (totally despise this part of the workout) I'll my abs tonight along with some yoga. Super cold here today (8 degrees) I walked the dogs yesterday and it was really cold and windy and I believe it was around 30 degrees so no walks today.
