I walked on my treadmill for 30 mins - 2002 Self Challenge Month 1 Week 4 Workout 1 Fast/Moderate alternating. Later I walked on my treadmill again for 1.25 mile, which took me 26:03 minutes to walk. I walked a mile in 20:55 minutes. I will use this as my starting point and push myself every Saturday to walk a mile FASTER. Jen
