Welll, some good news for a change!

Well, even though the measuring tape reads the same as it did over a

month ago, *something* must be different from at least a couple of

months ago! I found a pair of Cole winter pants at a

consignment shop last summer, size 4. I could get them up, but had

about an inch to an inch 1/2 to lose to be able to actually fasten

them. For $4 on clearance, I couldn't pass them up, so I bought them

for " some day, " though they still didn't fit when I got them out of

storage this fall.

Heh, if there's anything y'all are putting off till " some day " you can

do it today, cuz those pants now FIT! Not quite well enough for me to

wear a shirt tucked *in,* but there's no huge muffin top and I'm not

risking circulation or breathing! ;-)

Just had to share with those who'd truly understand the big goofy grin

on my face right now!
