Guest guest Posted February 7, 2008 Report Share Posted February 7, 2008 Hi, This evening I did McGee Power Yoga (chapter 1) then did B & G abs. I did the abs as is instead of the double abs. After doing the first exercise I knew there was no way I wanted to do everything twice. After that, I went back to McGee and did the floor work of chapter 3. This has all my favorite stretches in it.
