A good instructor is always a plus when going to the gym and doing class workouts. I hear you on getting out of the driveway. Our driveway is all iced over. Spring, we need you.

hi! i almost got stuck in my own driveway this morning on my way to

class--but i managed to get out and get there!! it was great! today the

class had more athletic moves than kickboxing. sweaty workout with an

excellent instructor--she is very motivating and fun. i was still sore

from sculpt class on tuesday. wish i could take sculpt twice a week.
