I took yesterday off because I was worried about getting to a doctor's appointment because of the snow and didn't have time in the morning as I had thought I would or the rest of the day so I'm planning to make up for it on Sunday (my usual rest day). My doc appointment went great (checkup and annual "female" exam) and my doc was really impressed by and thrilled about all the exercise I do! :-) Just gotta get some blood drawn for the usual stuff and am expecting good results from that too. Anyway, today I had very little time for a workout again but had enough time for 30 minutes with Tony and the kids doing P90 Sculpt 1-2. It went better this time than last time. Having my own music definitely helps. I'm seriously sick of pushups and my hips are really tired of lunges and squats but I'm better than halfway through so I'm going to finish.

Tomorrow I have time for a decent workout and it is a cardio day but I don't want to mess around with my feet on Tony's P90 high impact stuff until I get my new crosstrainers and honestly, I need a break from it so I'm thinking I'll do Kathy 's Peak Fat Burning cardio workout from her Super Slimdown Circuit dvd. I usually follow the high intensity modifier who, if I remember correctly, does some higher impact stuff but it isn't the pounding like P90 is so I think I'll be okay, if not it is very easy to modify (just follow a lower intensity modifier or Kathy herself). I haven't done this in quite a while and have only done it a few times but it really works me hard so I think it will be a great sub for P90. I'm going to wear my HRM and am really curious about what it will say (I'm hoping for a good calorie burn).

Not much time for email lately and not much now but I needed to at least post my workout. Will read/reply more as soon as I can.

I hope everyone had wonderful workouts today and has the same tomorrow!
