Your cardio capacity starts to dwindle after a couple of weeks, whereas strength it's more like a couple of months. Today doing CB1/TK R30 I was sucking air compared to normal since I haven't worked out in a couple of days! It felt good to sweat again though..Anyway, I'm sure you're ready for the Master Series! Sometimes we need that extra challenge to really push ourselves beyond our preconceived limits. I'm positive you will have a blast doing it! Please review it when you do!
