Guest guest
> 1 tablespoon Int. Delights creamer in coffee (~40 calories) Coffee creamer is my weakness. I love coffee, but I Iike it " fluffied up " . The fat-free or sugar-free stuff doesn't quite do it for me, but I do use them most of the time. Also, one TBS would just tick me off For a short period of time, I used to be able to find CoffeeMate soy creamer here (so at least it was SOY), but no longer. The other brands of soy creamer are not very tasty. I considered giving up coffee (I have only one 12 oz mug each week day, and usually two each weekend day), but I've read a lot lately about coffee helping to avoid alzhiemers, heart disease, etc. ly, I'd rather suffer the consequences of a little creamer than lose my mind in my old age Dana
Guest guest
I drink hot tea with fat free milk. It's not a fab as cream, but it works. > On Fri, Apr 18, 2008 at 11:22 PM, rubypomm <rubypomm@...<rubypomm%40yahoo.com>> > wrote: > > 1 tablespoon Int. I was thinking about that this morning (as I poured the way-more-than-a-tablespoon of chocolate raspberry creamer in my coffee). Some of the black teas, like constant comment, I like with just sweet and low. Probably time to make a change, but I really do love coffee Dana
Guest guest
I use the Land'O Lakes Fat Free Half and Half. There is NO way that I can give up my one cup of coffee a day. I tried drinking it with a dash of skim milk, and blech, not nearly as enjoyable as the half-n-half. As far as hard candy and gum go, I learned a valuable lesson last night. My few pieces of gum in the evening or between meals when I need something to chew on are far less detrimental to my challenge than the grab bag of Fritos I found and ate last night, followed by a small serving of icecream topped with sugar free chocolate syrup. lol Lesson learned for me.
