I'm leaning toward the yoga thoughfor tonight and tomorrow Yoga would be great for you by how you're feeling. Your body will probably thank you. ~**~~**~Start the year off right. I also had trouble sleeping last night - either too much caffeine, I'm back to coffee in the afternoons - I'll have to watch that - or from just being congested from this cold. Either way, I decided to rest again this morning. If I feel okay tonight I will either do yoga or Back & Biceps. I'm leaning toward the yoga though for tonight and tomorrow morning and then I'll just get back at the p90X workouts after I've gotten over this cold. I don't feel terrible, just not myself. I think I'd be okay to workout if I didn't workout first thing in the morning, but that is really the only time I have available today until tonight. Usually at night I start to feel sick, though, so I hope tonight I feel well enough to try out my new Kundalini yoga (Dance of the Chakras) Take care!
