Guest guest Posted April 12, 2012 Report Share Posted April 12, 2012 My sister,56 years old with moderate osteoporosis.felt and sustained a 40% compression fracture at T12 4 months ago. She was given pain meds and prescribed PT. A new CT showed her compression has increased to 60%. Does anyone have experienced with progression deterioration of compression fracture before? I recall that about 50% is the margin for kyphoplasty. I work with Dr. Kellog but he is not in the Caremak,any suggestion of a good surgeon in the system? Thank you for your input.
